One you download you will need the software Winrar to extract the folder. Once download right click the file and select extract file, press OK at the bottom right or left. Once you finish the installation do not select the box that says if you want to start blackberry desktop manager. Select finish and your done. Now go to Control Panel, add remove programs, and delete the RIM Internal v5.0.0. Last but not least, do the following steps... (from the screen menu)Select Start, My Computer, Local Disc, Program Files, Common Files, Research In Motion, AppLoader. Once your in the folder AppLoader delete the document called Vendor.xml. Finally connect your blackberry device, make sure that the desktop manager is closed!
