This is a legitimate UFO Phenomenon and does not look the Air Force plane formation at all. We are seeing signs all over the world not just Santiago De Chile, but Perú, Columbia Canada, Mexico, Southern France. The signs formation is Roman numerals... IVr, the first IV represent = 4 in Roman and the r represent = a year in Greek. the possibility could be another sign...
