  NEW YORK (Billboard) - Rookie rapper Flo Rida's "Low" ruledthe Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for a fourth week Thursday,leading a remarkably stable field.

  There was no change among the artists in the next fourpl

  aces: Alicia Keys' "No One" at No. 2, Timbaland's "Apologize"featuring OneRepublic at No. 3, Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss"featuring T-Pain at No. 4 and Fergie's "Clumsy" at No. 5.

  Brown scores another new top 10 hit at No. 6 with "WithYou," which jumps from No. 12.

  Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" remained at No. 7, ColbieCaillat's "Bubbly" dropped two to No. 8, and Jordin Sparks'"Tattoo" slipped one to No. 9. Sean Kingston's "Take You There"jumped three to No. 10.

  Rotund rapper Fat Joe claimed the Hot 100's top debut atNo. 81 with "I Won't Tell" featuring J. Holiday.

• Alicia Keys still the "One" on singles chart

  NEW YORK (Billboard) - R&B singer Alicia Keys began a thirdweek at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart Thursdaywith "No One."

  Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain rose one to No.2, trading

  places with Timbaland's "Apologize" featuringOneRepublic.

  Flo Rida's "Low" featuring T-Pain held at No. 4. ColbieCaillat's "Bubbly" rose one to No. 5.

  Also up a notch were Fergie's "Clumsy" at No. 6, and KanyeWest's "Good Life" featuring T-Pain at No. 7. Soulja Boy's"Crank That (Soulja Boy)" dropped three to No. 8.

  Rihanna's "Hate That I Love You" featuring Ne-Yo remainedat No. 9, and Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" rose one to No. 10.

  Brown's "With You" was the top debut at No. 72.

• Chris Brown rules U.S. singles chart

  NEW YORK (Billboard) - R&B singer Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss"led Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart for a third weekThursday, and its featured artist, T-Pain, became the first actto appear on four tunes in the top 1

  0 in more than two years.

  T-Pain is also featured on newcomer Flo Rida's "Low," whichjumped 58 places to No. 6; Kanye West's "Good Life," which roseone to No. 7; and Baby Bash's "Cyclone," which slipped one toNo. 8. Rapper 50 Cent was the last artist to achieve this feat,during the first two weeks of April 2005.

  Meanwhile, Alicia Keys "No One" moved up one place to No.2, swapping places with Timbaland's "Apologize" featuringOneRepublic. Soulja Boy's "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" held at No.4, while Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly" jumped one to No. 5.

  Rounding out the top 10, West's "Stronger" fell three toNo. 9, and Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" rose four to No. 10.

  The chart's top debut was Los Angeles radio personality DJFelli's "Get Buck In Here" at No. 44. Also new was the reunitedSpice Girls' "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)" at No. 90."Headlines" has a lot to live up to, as the girl-power group'sprevious seven singles, beginning with the 1997 chart-topper"Wannabe," all made the top 20.

  Keys' "No One" was No. 1 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs for afifth week. The Foo Fighters' "The Pretender" topped the ModernRock chart for a 13th week, and Seether's "Fake It" led theMainstream Rock tally for a second week.

• Flo Rida holds tight to No. 1, but Brown closes in

  NEW YORK (Billboard) - Flo Rida's "Low" continues to reignsupreme on the Billboard Hot 100 for a fifth week.

  The tracks at Nos. 2 and 3 on the singles chart -- AliciaKeys' "No One" and Timbaland'

  s "Apologize" featuringOneRepublic -- remain in those positions for a thirdconsecutive week, not posing much of a challenge to "Low."

  But there's a new contender for the crown in the form ofChris Brown's "With You," which rises from No. 6 to No. 4 andis the fastest-growing track at digital outlets and on radio.The song sold 100,000 downloads.

  Fergie's "Clumsy" rests at No. 5 on the Hot 100, as anotherBrown song, "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain, drops from fourthposition to No. 6 and Rihanna's "Don't Stop the Music" jumpsfrom No. 13 to No. 7, marking her seventh top 10 ranking on thechart. Sean Kingston's "Take You There" is up from No. 10 toNo. 8, while Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" drops two rungs to No.9. Sara Bareilles' "Love Song" rounds out the top 10 as itmoves from eleventh slot to No. 10.
