Kirsten Dunst Ho-Ho-Holds Back Alleged Stalker
Los Angeles (E! Online) – Kirsten Dunst got an early Christmas gift.

A Los Angeles judge has granted the Bring It
On star a permanent protective order against the man who paid an unannounced, unwanted visit to Dunst's Hollywood home professing a "spiritual connection" with her.

Superior Court Judge Richard E. Crico prohibited Christopher Smith, 25, from coming anywhere near the actress, her personal assistant, her residences and places of business. The L.A. native is also barred from owning or possessing a gun.

The order was handed down without being contested because Smith never responded to Team Dunst's original petition for a temporary restraining order filed last month. Neither he nor Dunst appeared for today's ruling.

The 26-year-old Spider-Man sidekick initially went to Crico after Smith's Thanksgiving trip to her house, where he allegedly displayed "aggressive" and "harassing" behavior and claimed the two had "some sort of spiritual connection" despite never meeting.

Kirsten Dunst granted restraining order
LOS ANGELES – Kirsten Dunst has won a court's protection from a man who she says has recently trespassed at her home.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico granted Dunst's request to order 25-year-old Christopher R. Smith to stay away from the actress, her personal assistant and any place they work.

Dunst did not appear during Monday's court hearing. The request was granted without her attorney or witnesses having to make arguments. Smith did not attend the hearing and never responded to a temporary restraining order Dunst received in November.

Dunst, who has appeared in three "Spider-Man" films, wrote last month that she was "quite frightened" of Smith. He was arrested by Dunst's assistant last month after trespassing at her house.

Dunst's assistant performed a citizen's arrest on a man who bypassed security and showed up at the actress' Hollywood home in November. Dunst was not home at the time.

Police and Dunst sought a restraining order against Christopher Smith after his Nov. 20 arrest. Documents show state police have found Smith at Dunst's home several times in recent weeks.

The actress wrote she is "quite frightened" of Smith, whom she has never met.

Records do not indicate whether Smith has an attorney. He is due in court later this month on a trespassing charge. Dunst's restraining order could be made extended on Dec. 22.
